Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are your packaging terms?
We usually use neutral cowhide cardboard boxes. If you have customized packaging needs, after obtaining your authorization letter, we can customize cardboard boxes exclusively for you (at an additional cost).
2. What are your customized payment terms?
70% of T/T will be used as a deposit, and 30% will be paid before delivery. We will show you photos of the product and packaging before you make the final payment.
3. What are your delivery terms?
Express shipping: DHL /Fedex / UPS / TNT;
Cargo shipping: Air Flight / Sea shipping;
Delivery Time: Some are in stock, others are out of stock, 7-15days after paid, depending on your quantities.
4. Can you produce based on the sample?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings.
We can make molds and fixtures.
5. What is your sample policy?
If we have stock of spare parts, we can provide samples, but customers will need to pay for the sample cost and shipping fees.
